Insurance

At this time, we are in-network with Aetna, Optum, and most affiliates of United Healthcare. It is important to note that insurance carriers do not always cover the cost of evaluations. You need to check with your insurance carrier to confirm the availability of benefits. We can provide a superbill for out-of-network clients to help with reimbursement. Please reach out with any questions. We are happy to work with you and help make services accessible!

Fees and Policies

Payment is expected by the end of the scheduled session. Half of the total evaluation cost is due at the first appointment.

No-shows will be charged at the full rate of the scheduled session.

We currently accept: Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Savings Account (FSA).

Disclosure

At this time, Denton Warburton is employed with Dublin City Schools as a School Psychologist. As a result, he does not provide evaluations to students who are currently enrolled within the Dublin City School District. We are happy to help refer you to another practice that may be able to assist current Dublin City School students and families!

Good Faith Estimate

The No Surprises Act is a federal law that provides you with the right to a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of psychological services. This law was created to prevent surprise and exorbitant billing. Ohio licensing board requires me to provide you with the actual cost of my services, per session, in a written informed consent form. We believe that fee transparency is important. Our fee agreement is made available to you prior to our first session together and prior to any billing; your signature is required before the start of our services. You are free to discontinue services at any time or the services may otherwise be terminated in accordance with requirements listed in the informed consent form.
